Who Comprises the Touring Top Ten?

So, did you get online last Saturday morning for your tickets to the Carrie Underwood and Josh Turner concert April 30 at the Amarillo Civic Center? I did and I can’t wait! Hooray!

I have a speech to finish writing for tomorrow so I’ll spare you the useless details.

Who could we see on tour somewhere down the road? Let’s find out. There’s a comfy couch and three cold, metal stools. Those who make it get the couch and as you probably figured, the bottom three get the stools.

Carly Smithson – stool – WTF???????????????
David Archuleta – couch
Michael Johns – couch
David Cook – couch
Kristy Lee Cook – stool – no surprise there
Jason Castro – couch
Ramielle Malubay – couch – how is she in the Top Ten and Carly is sitting in the Bottom Three? How am I supposed to write and memorize a speech under these conditions. People!!!???!!!
Syesha Mercado – couch
Amanda Overmyer and Chickezie Eze are now center stage – Chickezie is safe and Amanda is in the Bottom Three.

Between Kristy Lee, Carly and Amanda, one would imagine it’s Kristy Lee going home but then again, who would’ve thunk Carly – the best singer in this competition – would be in the Bottom Three – ever??? Okay, enough drama. Who is it???

Tonight, we say goodbye to … shit … Amanda. Forgive the language but tonight’s Bottom Three followed by the elimination is unfathomable. Too bad for Idol because while Amanda wasn’t one of my favorites, I thought she was good for the competition and would have been a great asset to the Idol tour. What a pity.
